Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. Contact us and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@swansera.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. We do not require items to be unopened or unused. Simply submit your request within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
